2012 HPwES Incentives for Single Family or Townhouse Projects
 REQUIREMENTS CUSTOMER INCENTIVES
10% TES or Greater: Install air sealing and/or insulation, with the option of installing hot water heater, duct sealing and/or duct insulation measures, with estimated TES of at least 10% and less than 20% * $2,000 rebate , not to exceed 50% of the cost of the eligible measures used by your contractor to calculate TES* and
* 0% interest loan or repayment plan up to $5,000
   
20% TES or Greater: Istall air sealing and at least one additional eligible measure, including insulation, HVAC or hot water heater, with estimated TES of at least 20% and less than 25% * $4,000 rebate , not to exceed 50% of the cost of the eligible measures used by your contractor to calculate TES* and
* 0% interest loan or repayment plan up to $10,000
   
25% TES or Greater: Install air sealing and at least one additional eligible measure, including insulation, HVAC or hot water heater, with estimated TES of at least 25% * $5,000 rebate , not to exceed 50% of the cost of the eligible measures used by your contractor to calculate TES* and
* 0% interest loan or repayment plan up to $10,000
