OUR TEAM In 1999 Scott Schoen established Scott’s Heating and Cooling. In 2003 the name was changed to Beehive Heating & Cooling LLC due to a duplicate named company of Scott’s Heating and Air Conditioning. Since that time, our company has grown considerably, now employing several installation crews, two service mechanics and a full office staff. Over the years, we have performed over 700 installations in the Ocean and Monmouth County area. These installations include residential, commercial and light industrial, as well as the mobile home communities. Beehive HVAC is proud to be BPI-accredited, ENERGY STAR® certified and an Authorized Trane contractor.
